Our one-way airfare to Guatemala has been purchased. We're leaving on Sat., Jan. 24, 2009 at about 2am. Most provisions for the trip have also been purchased, except for sunglasses and a few odds and ends like diarrheal meds. Yuck. Next up are vaccines! I can only hope that some are covered by my pricey health insurance.
Vaccines with which to be injected:
-typhoid
-hepatitis a & b!
-tetanus booster
-yellow fever (if we're lucky enough to travel outside C. America)
-rabies (if I'm unlucky enough to be bitten by a rabid animal)
